Is CrownSync a separate company?
CrownSync AI is ARKTOP’s in-house AI platform, offered to our clients and, through a beta program, to brands directly. It was built because the off-the-shelf tools could not hold a luxury brand’s standard for product detail, and buying that capability was not an option.
Do you use client data to train models?
No. Client data is never used for model training and is never pooled across accounts. Given how much of this work touches unreleased product and brand-confidential material, we treat that line as non-negotiable.
Will brands approve AI imagery?
It varies by brand and the policies are changing quickly. Some permit it for lifestyle context but not product; some require disclosure. We check the current guideline and secure approvals as part of compliance rather than assuming permission and apologizing later.
Is a human reviewing the output?
Always, before anything reaches a prospect. Every AI output is human-reviewed, and it is the principle the whole practice runs on: luxury buyers forgive slow, they do not forgive wrong. One bad detail in a product image costs more trust than the speed ever earned.
